1. Scope of Services & Consultation
renovationcarehub.online operates as a specialized portal bridging homeowners with accredited structural engineers, licensed master plumbers, certified electricians, and interior design specialists. All architectural overhauls, exterior modernizations, and preventive maintenance plans offered through our platform are governed by individual project agreements signed prior to work commencement. Initial estimates provided through our web calculators or instant forms serve as informational approximations until an on-site structural audit is completed by our engineering team.
2. Annual Protection Plans & Warranty Terms
Our Essential Shield and Total Care Protection plans provide routine preventative inspections and emergency repair assistance for home mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coverage under these plans applies exclusively to normal operational wear and tear occurring after the initial property baseline audit. The warranty does not cover preexisting defects, structural alterations completed by unauthorized third parties, environmental acts of God, or intentional mechanical abuse. Service response times (including 2-hour emergency dispatch) apply strictly to active subscription holders within our designated municipal service areas.
3. Financial Obligations, Quotations & Payment Milestones
All renovation project estimates provided by renovationcarehub.online are itemized to ensure full price transparency. Work schedules for full home renovations or interior remodeling proceed according to agreed progress milestones. An initial structural deposit is required prior to site mobilization, with subsequent payments linked to certified project milestones (e.g., demolition completion, MEP rough-ins, surface finishing). Subscription protection plans are billed annually or semi-annually in advance in Indian Rupees (₹) and automatically renew unless canceled thirty (30) days prior to expiration.
4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access
Property owners must grant safe, unhindered access to electrical panels, plumbing access points, structural beams, and work areas during scheduled service visits, routine audits, or emergency dispatches. It is the responsibility of the client to secure personal valuables and obtain necessary municipal building association permits prior to structural remodeling execution unless permit procurement is explicitly included in our written scope of work.
5. Material Specifications & Workmanship Guarantee
We pride ourselves on using industry-certified materials, commercial-grade waterproofing compounds, and standardized electrical wiring. If a client chooses to supply custom fixtures or third-party decorative fittings, renovationcarehub.online guarantees the installation craftsmanship but disclaims liability for inherent manufacturing flaws present in customer-supplied materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall renovationcarehub.online, its directors, engineers, or certified contractors be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen plumbing delays, municipal permit hold-ups, or temporary structural disruptions beyond reasonable operational control. Total liability under any service contract shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
7. Modifications & Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to align with updated building safety codes or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms. All disputes arising from services rendered through renovationcarehub.online shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
